Klara City View
For the first time in more than 10 years, the City of Stockholm is putting land in the City area of central Stockholm up for sale. The sale includes building rights for 15,000sqm of primarily commercial premises such as offices with shops, cafés, and restaurants at street level. Stockholm Central Station, City Hall, and the open water of Riddarfjärden are immediately adjacent to the plot.

At the heart of the city
It is hard to find a more central location in Stockholm.
The Klara City View plot is adjacent to Central Station, the metro, and the Stockholm Arlanda Airport express train. Office space built on the site will have spectacular views of Riddarfjärden, City Hall and the Old Town. Stockholm's top shopping destination – with retail, restaurants, cafés, and a wide variety of cultural attractions – are all within five minutes' walk of the site.
The immediate area will undergo major changes going forward. Jernhusen, the main property owner in the Central Station area, has begun extensive development work on the properties and urban environment in the area. This includes a covered area over rail tracks next to Central Station, where a planned development will include offices, housing, retail space and more. This development project, together with Klara City View, will considerably improve the western area of central Stockholm.
